We are located in the Al Taysir district of Makkah, approximately 900 metres from Masjid Al-Haram, making us an ideal base for your Umrah or Hajj pilgrimage.

We offer Double, Triple, and Quad rooms — all designed with pilgrims in mind and equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability.
Can I store my luggage if I arrive early or check out late?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary luggage storage for guests arriving before check-in or departing after check-out.
Do you offer a shuttle to the Haram?
Yes. We provide a complimentary shuttle service to and from Masjid Al-Haram. Please note that during Ramadan and Hajj season, road restrictions may affect shuttle availability. Our reception team will keep you informed of the best travel options during these periods.
Is parking available?
Yes. We offer free private parking for guests who drive, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
